Delicious, delicious, delicious.....

... I looked in the fridge and there it was - my homemade mint jelly. I just had to have lamb tonight. If you haven't made it and you normally eat the stuff out of a jar you simply have to try this-it's a bit time consuming, but well worth every minute. The recipe is called 'Ram inspired mint jelly'
